Chanchal’s migration journey from India to New Zealand in 2008 gave her a personal understanding of the hopes, sacrifices, and challenges that every migrant faces. She knows what it feels like to start from scratch in a new country, to navigate unfamiliar systems, and to build stability for a family. That lived experience makes her more than just an adviser — it makes her a trusted partner who truly understands her clients’ journeys.
Professionally, Chanchal brings a combination of leadership and hands-on industry knowledge. Her career has spanned roles as a Manager, head chef and successful business Owner, before pursuing her passion for helping others through immigration. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Management and a Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice, equipping her with both business acumen and the specialised legal knowledge required to provide expert immigration guidance.
As Founder and Director of Arch Immigration, Chanchal leads with empathy, integrity, and professionalism. She is deeply committed to ensuring every client feels seen, heard, and supported. Her strength lies in balancing compassion with precision — giving families the reassurance they need, while delivering robust, compliant applications that achieve results.
Bipul’s New Zealand story began in 2005, when he arrived as an international student full of ambition and uncertainty. He personally experienced the challenges of adapting to a new education system, balancing work and study, and planning a pathway to residency. Today, that same journey fuels his passion for helping others achieve the futures they dream of in New Zealand.
With more than 17 years of experience in the international education sector, Bipul has guided hundreds of students and families — particularly from India, the Philippines, and South Asia — through every step of the study-to-settlement pathway. He is known for his ability to design clear, realistic study plans, align students with trusted New Zealand polytechnics and universities, and craft strong visa applications that demonstrate genuine intent.
Beyond student visas, Bipul also advises on visitor, work, partnership, and residence visas, providing holistic support for families and professionals. His extensive local and international networks across education and employment give clients a competitive edge, ensuring their plans are not only approved on paper but also succeed in practice.
